Dr. Ruth M. Deutsch is a Chartered Practitioner Psychologist specializing in educational and cognitive psychology. With experience across the UK, Europe and North America, she has worked extensively in assessment, intervention, research, and training.

Dr. Deutsch holds a PhD from City University, London (2017) and degrees in Psychology (University of Manchester) and Psychology of Education (University of London). She is a Chartered Psychologist (BPS) and HCPC-registered.

She has worked with children, families, and schools, integrating dynamic assessment, neuropsychology, and mediated learning. A Senior International Trainer for the Feuerstein Institute, she is also the author of the Cognitive Abilities Profile (CAP).

Dr. Deutsch has lectured at University of East London and Queen’s University Belfast, training future psychologists. She delivers international training, supervision, and professional development programs, continuing to influence practitioners globally.
